Digital Dissolve question

so when you buy digital dissolve, does it come with the dvd and gimmick only, or the english penny as well.

and if this does not come with the english penny, where could you go to purchase one?

You get everything needed to perform the effect Theory11 has stated that they will do this with every product they put out.

(Don't quote me on that though, I just seem to recall reading it somewhere)
