The people on youtube probably learned it from watching it. I'm not sure if Josh will give a tutorial because the moves he uses are published by other people and he might not have permission to teach them. (i.e. clipshift)

Everyone who learned this either were told by people who figured it out, or are people who figured it out. Like Fez mentioned above I doubt josh can teach this as it uses Kevin Ho's visa exchange and the clipshift by chad nelson. If you learn both of the moves I mentioned figuring this out will be like a walk in a park.
