DMB Spread Control trailer: Which Monarchs are those?

I was showing my wife the trailer for DMB Spread Control 2.0, and she really liked the cards Franco Pascali was using in the trailer.

I can tell they're Monarchs, but the color palette is not one that I'm familiar with. Could anyone tell me what Monarch variant those are?

They're just the standard blue monarchs. I don't know much about video but I think whatever filter or color correction they used made them look a bit different.

Yeah, it's interesting because the borders are still white, but the white design looks almost turquoise.
