Do these count as defective cards?

I was wondering, do these count as defective cards? I am planning to send them back to the USPC to get a new deck if they count as defective cards. I got them when I opened a new deck of Tally-Ho's.

Thats weird cuz tally-hos have a guarantee on no misprints.

I dont know about tally-ho but on the bicycle cards it says that you might return them if they are defective for "regular game play". So, if you can play poker with them, they´re fine...

that would be cool to mix with luke dancy's "misprint" effect from elmwood magic...even though misprint comes with a bicycle back...im sure you can figure something out though ;-) hehe
