My Thoughts: Personally I love this and think it's one of the best double lifts I use if not THE best. It's pretty much a variation of D&D's Flip Center Double with a flashy little twist.
Practicality and Ease: This is very practical and I use it almost all of the time as a control. As for ease Josh is a great teacher and the double isn't all that difficult. It will take a little bit of practice but not very much at all. Another thing I should add is this is very similar to "Color" (i think) by Daniel Madison. Meaning that It can also be used as a color change.
Overall: I love this lift seeing as it's free. You can use it as a color change and it's a very flashy way to show a double from the center. I would gladly have payed money for this.
