I'm not sure about that last phase, but yes, someone has definitely created the first two phases before. The first one is probably the first thing everyone learns when they start in rubber band magic. The second phase is more or less the same thing, but with a slightly different handling, which is exactly the same as Dan Hauss' Rubber throuhand. Sorry, some of your other stuff has been pretty decent, but this was a bit of hit and miss.
