Who ever wins congrats. Most people won't be able to make it out to vegas so whats the prize if you can't?
An alternative to the prize will be offered to anyone who is not financially able to make the trip to Vegas - your choice (1) of any other day's prize package, picked by the winner.

Why not? The winner would be picking up the bill on airfare and hotel fees.....
because they'll want the person to at least have a chance at making it, even if they claim the prize drawing is 'random'..
