I had to ask why my Tycoon cards weren't in new playing deck order and was informed they were in a Tamariz stack.

I have no idea what that means? Any help? Thank you in advance.

The Spanish magician Juan Tamariz created what is known as the "mnemonica stack". It's a special order of the cards that the magician must memorize to perform a variety of tricks with. It's all outlined in his book Mnemonica.
