Help needed.

Hello dear fellow magicians,
I am a young card magician (under 18 that's all I'll say) and I know a few sleights like the one hand cut, the pinky break, the snow globe, lots of fake shuffles, second deal... however there is one I'm unable to do and that it the herman pass. Does anyone have tips to help me?

What part of the pass is catching you up?

I'm going to pre-emptive guess that the issue will come down to hand flexibility and the need for more practice, though.
