Im looking for any tips to make it smoother or if the last vanish is a new vanish or any criticism on a way to make it better.

I would be dumbstruck if that was new. I would recommend not wearing a black shirt. Also, you gotta get rid of that get-ready. Looks iffy. Otherwise, it looks like your basic sleeve vanish without the sleeve.

The last vanish is not new. If it hasn't been published, I know at least three other guys (myself included) who came up with it independently. I would be shocked if it weren't already published, though.

Given that this is done on a video, I will have a different perception of this than a spectator actually standing there. Therefore, the production looks a bit obvious since I can't physically follow your misdirection.

The flip stick vanish needs a bit more vertical motion and less finger motion. Because your hands are barely moving there's nothing to hide what's actually happening, and your fingers closing just seals that deal. Also, your pinky position is, shall we say, odd. It looks like you're holding something hidden. Same thing with the next vanish, which is the same vanish but done vertically and with your other hand to hide it. Looks a bit blatant to me.

The vanish has potential, but as already said, that get ready is pretty blatant. Need to work on that a lot.

I would say that your biggest issues are finger positions while holding out and a lack of misdirection. A real presentation would cover some of that, other than a steady camera (going in and out of focus) and music. If someone has nothing other than your hands to focus on, this won't be all that great, but if you misdirect them a bit it could be quite solid. I think the foundation is good, but you'll need to practice it a lot more before it really reaches its potential.

Who are those people that had done the vanish I came up with that along long time ago. I just want to see how they perform it, and it probaly isn't mine

The method you use is either fairly obvious, or else your doing a really complicated solution to a simple problem. The former indicates that it is very likely not original, and just because a few random folks on a forum don't know the source doesn't mean it isn't out there. The latter indicates something that isn't worth pursuing.

He said him and some other people have done it, I just wanted to see how they did to help my own performance

Local guys at my old magic club. It's not a super creative thing, honestly. It's sort of a, "I need to vanish this .. there's a holder!" thing.

I have largely moved away from doing tricks like this so I am very out of practice with it. But my buddy Kyle uses vanishes like this pretty often and has been using the concept for over a decade.
