Is there any pen, pencil or other writing tool that rubs off on other papers?

I came up with a great idea for a trick, but it requires me to use a writing tool which you can write on one paper, and then somehow transfer it to another paper.

Is there any marker or such that rubs off from one paper to another?

If you know of anything which might help, please let me know.

There are ways to do this. So far, none of the available options are super great.

Markers and pens are designed with ink that dries quickly. Cheap pens take longer to dry - which is why they tend to smudge. Which they would do if you tried to transfer it to another thing. Cheap markers drip and run.

Carbon or carbonless paper requires the item to receive the copy to be under the the thing being written on (and for that thing to be able to to transfer the pressure of the pen to the next item - ie: paper).

Clone by JC Rodarte will transfer Sharpie from one thing to another. It's a slightly complex process and a bit time consuming, though.

Pencil can transfer from one thing to another, but you have to vigorously rub the back of whatever was written on first to essentially rub it onto something else. That would be quite difficult to do discreetly.

Or rather, would you know of any writing which is only visible while exposed to heat (such as a flame)?
I only know of a pen where the writing disappears when exposed to heat, so what if there was a pen where the writing would appear with heat

Where? The Sharpie writes purple and the duplicate signature is purple.

It's a Purple Sharpie. The duplicate is a slightly lighter hue - but honestly if the audience is busting you on that, they were never engaged in the first place.

speaking of pen rubbing off. I was wondering is there any type of marker that rubs off from a playing card? I kinda of live in the developing country and bikes are expansive to get. I have a few effects that require signing or making things on the cards back but I dont practice them cuz of fear of lossing cards. So i was wondering if there is a way I could do that for practice in front of family and friends

If you go over Sharpie with a dry-erase marker, it'll usually let you clean it all off. You may get one or two signatures out of a normal playing card in that case but honestly, I'd just skip having stuff signed all together in that case.
