i dont see why you would need the japanese coin, jfk + english penny should work fine id gather.

1: It is a remake of an old Chinese Coin.

2: The Chinese coin and Morgan Silver dollar are bigger than a 50 cent piece and English Penny. Bigger = more visual = better.

the site says Japanese coin *Shrug* i dont have any old yen or yuan pieces so i cant comment on its orgins. I will agree with your statement about larger is more visual and possibly better. It depends on the situation, im sure this can be done with the kennedy and penny. Depends on what you have and the situation

I bought both the dollar and half dollar size

I recently ordered 2 of the dollar sized coins and 2 of the half dollar sized coins.

I'm happy with the purchase and the dollar size work well with a spellbound change.

I've also been playing with Hellbound Spellbound using both dollars and halves.
