Question concerning a 12/3 purchase that has still not shipped

I purchased a couple decks on December 3rd and they have still not shipped. They show as processing. I have submitted a help ticket and also emailed support a couple times. No response. I also tried calling several times. There is never an answer. Can you tell me what is going on? The purchase has been processing for 10 days as of today.
