Does anyone know how to MAKE the Rainbow card by Higar or what technology it uses, it will be really helpful!!

It says "The flash on the spectator’s phone activates things but it cannot be seen by the naked eye. Only inside the phone.
Works with any phone or camera that has a flash." at https://www.mymagic.com/p/card-magic/rainbow-phantom-card, so I assume it is an optical technology. I doubt one could recreate it with DIY skills, and I think that instead you would need to purchase it.

I do know how they are made in general terms, but as Dragonbones said, it's not really a DIY thing.

Also, seeing as it's a product that someone else came up with, creating your own without paying that person for their work is not really a great thing.
