Shudder Question

Hey guys I searched other threads, but couldn't find anything to answer my question. Can you do Shudder on the ground? When it was reviewed someone said that it is done at a table but I wasn't sure if it had to be done on a table. Also, can it be done sitting on a bench?

yes you could to an extent without revealing to much i cant be all bumpy well obviously! if its bumpy when it is moved with your mind it will get caught on a rock or something.

A smooth surface would be the best place to perform this on. Smooth can be anything from table tops, wood floors, tiled floors, etc.
