so I saw the trailer to this one and I am having a little bit of trouble in me.
First and foremost here is the trailer to the routine:

So which do you think is better/more practical in your opinion?

I think the first one is more practical. However, I don't know how to do it so I use the stand up monte. I have made it my mission to learn the "valentine" one before I go to the beach in two weaks.
