I don't know if that is a good request to ask on T11 forums...What you just did was blatantly ask for the method behind a move that you don't know already. However, I suppose you can give it a shot.

I suggest that you just do a nice Cardini Change. They look similar, and I like the way it transposes the "changed card" by flipping it to the bottom. It is not only a solid change but a good out or a nice way to "undouble" your card. I also find it useful in a triumph routine where you want one card reversed.

Yea I suppose I'm very into color changes I do a great cardini change but the gentle change looks so fluid and natural. With the cardini change its a fast flicking motion I like the smoothness of the gentle change.

If you want a cheaper 6$ alternative, you can check out Zach Mueller's Splicer. It teaches two good looking color changes (though one of them probably won't impress you). He also goes over a blank deck routine which is nice. I suggest you check out the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKCAk067wrY.

Also, don't forget that a good palm can lead to a very smooth color change.

I'm actually using Cardini change as much of a utility as I am as a color change. Doing the change very slowly, as Tyler mentioned, is as invisible and clean as doing it very fast. I find it easy to reverse the top card to the bottom with a relaxed grip. In fact, who knows; mabye the gentle change is a variant of a good Cardini change.
