Basically, if you know how to do redline and know how to create the effect, Casey just did it with a blue chapstick in a youtube video and it's sort of a gag, I suppose. I highly recommend using red however, people who own the effect can understand why.

Casey took the video down. But anyways, about the color discrepancy. I find it doesn't matter
I use green all the time... Blue looks fine too. Of course this probably doesn't make any sense to anyone who doesn't own the trick. SO BUY IT NOW FOOLS! ITS AMAZING!
