Theory11's shirt sizes

How can I know what shirt size would fit me when buying shirts from theory11?
I'm a big guy but I don't always wear the same size, sometimes I get XL but othertimes 2XL fits me perfectly ... please help

Our shirts tend to run a bit small. If you normally wear a Medium, you may want to jump up to a Large (unless your usual Mediums are big on you).
