Hey does anyone here use a topit?

If so, where did you learn from? I have the Ammar topit dvd, and was wondering if that was the best or if there are other additional resources that are worth buying. Thanks a ton.

I'm pretty sure that Ammar created the top-it, so his DVD is probably the best.

He didn't invent it, but he most certainly popularized it.

Look up Expert Topiting Made Easy by Carl Cloutier. The man is brilliant and is an excellent companion to Ammar's material. Topits are definitely worth the trouble of altering a suit if you perform in one.
