But really it depends on the situation and the type of performance.

You don't speak and let them enjoy it. Don't ruin the moment by interrupting. You have done enough at this point if you believe you have reached the moment of astonishment.

I hold my cards in the air mic drop style, let them drop to the ground and let them clean the mess as I scamper away into the darkness.

Or.. usually I just thank them for being great and move on.
