What is the Tycoon deck stacked for?

Hey everyone,

Can anyone point me in the direction as to what trick the Tycoon deck is preset for out of the box?

Is the 4 of Clubs next to the 2 of Hearts? If so I think its probably in Mnemonic order, however if its been cut so that the 4 of clubs is not the first card, then I think that is called the Tamariz stack.

Tamariz, with the deck cut so that the card on the face is the Ace of Spades. This means the deck appears to be in normal order when removed from the box, but the integrity of the stack is still retained.
