Knackiness will differ for person to person. If I'd have to rate it I would say 6-7

Gimmick is seriously a 1, don't even worry about it.

And it's not very difficult, it goes hand in hand with knackiness. Although it does have a few odd sleights to get into position, but that's easily workable.
