I dont usually rediscover of revive any old topcs but this i have to.

The actuall thing about getting stuff to Estonia(i live there :) ) is you have to pay a hell of a lot of toll fees. So buying a deck of cards isnt really good.

Eg. I buy a deck of guardians, 4.99 ~ 5.00$ = 5 *12(to get it into my curency)=48 kroons.
To show you what type of money that is one bottle of coke is 12 kroones or so, so about 1 dollar.

Now toll fees vary but the shipping fees are exactly in place:

First-Class Mail International $7.95 = 95.4 Kroones(basically two decks)
Priority Mail International $25.50 = 306 kroones
Express Mail International (EMS) $33.95 = 407.4 kroones
UPS Worldwide Saver $118.40 = 1420.8 kroones
UPS Worldwide Expedited $78.15 = 937.8 kroones

So right now lets say id take the cheapest and go with First-Class Mail International: 48+95.4= 134.4 .

Now the liddle buggers here at toll coustoms put toll fees on you, mainly you get half of what you already spent(the deck only) put on to your fees.

48/2= 24 kroones.

134.4 + 24= 158.4kroones / 12 = 13.4 dollars for a deck of guardians. Nice aint it.

Now, we dont speak Russian here. Although one city that is connected to Russia is 90% full of russians our language is Estonian.

Eg. Eesti Vabariigis räägitakse Eesti keelt.
In the democratic country of Estonia we speak Estonian.

We are infact next to Russia but above us is Finland, and under are the two other Baltic countryes, Latvia and Lithuania.

Now i did not get this topic up because i felt i needed to be smart.

I dont hold aJohan any grudge or pain nor nothing, but the way i feel about Russia is so.
My country, my forefathers were hold prisoners in Russia for many years, my grandmother got out somehow, as much as i remember she never left fighting and eventually got out from a prisoners camp.

The Russian Federation(CCCP) kept Estonian people in terror for may years, i dont mean 2 or 5 or 10. I mean somewhere between 50 - 60 years.
We got free when the CCCP crumbled down in 1991.

We also got free for sometime in 1918(not shure about what year it was but somewhere in 1917-1919 or so) but our flag got to feel the breeze for only a year or two when the CCCP took us down for many years to come.

In 1940 people were just taken from theyr homes familyes, and killed by the CCCP and taken to Siberia to work. My grandma was there, she was one of the lucky ones to get out. Others werent, thousands i belive hundrets of thousands of people died there.

This was also done earlyer but i cant remember the exact year.

In 2007 we towed away a statue that was in the middle of a city in our country that was put up in the CCCP times to make people think that the CCCP was awesome.
We didnt want that but some idiots thought this was wrong for us to do, two away a statue that ate ourselves out when we saw it. Russian young people came and trashed the city, there were also greedy Estonian youngones who wanted to steal.(im a shamed of those)

Its just something that cought my eye, we dont want to be apar of Russia in any way, and if Russia would come and take over Estonia i would go and fight for my country or if i could not i would run because living under someones belief that taking away our freedom is a good thing i wouldnt want to be there.

Cheers,
Mikk

I wish you would have posted this a couple of weeks ago. My cousin left for the Czech Republic, she could have probably mailed them from there much cheaper than from here.
