Hi guys this is my first post and as an improving magician I was curious if you guys could help me with an original trick I have been thinking of. My trick includes the idea of a Mental forcing of a card. Telling the spectator to think of a card and I must force that card on them for this trick. Any ideas or tricks you can direct me to. Thank You.
 
Sounds like an effect Ollie Mealing posted on his you tube channel using the psychological force that Darren Brown and Dani DaOrtiz both use.

Both Derren Brown and Daniel Madison have some published psychological forces. Hector Chadwick as well. I'm sure there's a bunch more.

Pretty sure this was in The Jinx already. Maybe twice. If you can think of any effect involving a force, there's a 99% chance Anneman did it first. You can find a lot of his old material at Lybrary dot com. You'll have to do some digging, but combing through Anneman's material is like digging for buried treasure in a plot of land made out of treasure.

I'll have to go check my Anneman Card Miracles book now for it so i can tell him a page number.

Well I didn't say I would give him the title just the page number. There are more than a few books by and about Anneman card miracles.

The one I'm talking about is from 1944. it is a booklet type thing. Got it at an estate sell.
