Wanted:Hypnosis material

I wanna learn hypnosis but don't know anything about that world.Actually all I know is just psuedo hypnosis like dual-reality,dual reality,dual reality and so on.
I really hate it.It's suck.(just my opinion)

Any recommendation Lecture or book for beginner?

Ormond McGill's Encyclopedia of Stage Hypnosis, Jay Noblezada's Penguin Lecture, but really a great crash course would be to attend hypnothoughts. It's a big time commitment and money commitment but for what you get for your money it is well worth it.
