I could imagine that there are many decks of cards that fit that description. I have one I can think of off the top of my head is the "Love Me" Deck
I know what are you talking about, I think it's some kind of Bicycle but I can't remember the name.
Your thinking of the 125th anniversary edition , I have it but the text is written under the index not the pips. With the love me deck the text is written under the pip. If that makes sense.
I think by "pips" he means the number and the suit in the corners and the Love me doesn't have writing underneath it my friend.
Then I would recommend he take card anatomy 101 before investing in fancy decks.
