The Island close up pads are, but they are out of stock everywhere.

You don't need a specific close-up pad for some of this stuff. For instance Tom Stone has some work with black art and a close-up pad and he uses a normal close-up pad.

There are others out there , some designed with specific routines in mind. Take a look into non stretch crushed velvet. It’s not really expensive and making something yourself can be rewarding and a good way to see if you like that style .
