Has anyone not got their elite card yet. I'm tired of trying to contact someone at theory about mine.

I reached Elite status just before Christmas thanks to spinning some points on the Holiday Contest.
So am waiting for my card
Having read some other posts, and sections. I know that office only opens Mon to Fri, and over holiday contest season they are hands full with winners, as well as general sales.
so may take a bit longer for member cards to be sent out.
I read a post from the "Boss" CEO that whilst they dont send the cards tracked, they are sent out upto a month after notification.
My advise would be to give it a month from when you confirmed your address and name on card.
If you havent heard by then, then send a polite message to the "contact us" address, email and enquire.

No i dont think so as they are just sent in the "normal" post, from other threads that i have read.
Aug 17th, 2020..I came across a deck of cards made in collaboration with @derrenbrown by a card company called @theory11
Now i'm approaching 5 years of buying decks (19 decks), tricks (one) and games (box one) from them and in doing so I finally reached ELITE MEMBER status. (With a little help from the holiday contests) In doing so I now become a member with not only some exclusive perks, offers and early access information. I also received this unique membership card, the card itself is made of solid metal, with my name and rank engraved on the surface, and the year i started purchasing from them. I have now placed this in a card holder to keep it safe and mint. (Last pic).

I received the card and a very nice letter along with a sleeve for the card. After you receive it, you should get access to some friebes
