Flourish Query

I have seen a couple of flourishers (Dan and Dave i think and people on youtube) do a cut which is similar to a sybil cut. A packet which is held between the two hands is spun with a flick of a finger for multiple rotations. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this cut and if so where i can learn it.
Thanks

Are you referring to the packet second from the top being spun between the right middle finger and left thumb? That's called the Skater cut. I'm not sure where you can learn it, however. If you're referring to the cut where the packet is held against the left palm by the right pinkie and spun, that's called the Tornado Cut by Ashford Kneitel - and it's taught in one of his products.

Or are you referring to something else? If you link me to a video where you saw the move I can tell you what it is.

Best,
Vince
