I know you're new here but a comment like this doesn't belong in the wire it might belong in the product question section but sorry I can't answer your question I'm not a thread worker I just wanted to say this.
I don't believe there is a real answer to that question because different threads are meant for different things. Legacy thread is used for a stronger type thread and Yigal's thread is used for a more invisible type of thread
