Can anyone recommend some literature on the business side of magic?

You may already be aware, but the magic cafe has a business section that is full of input from working magicians. Webbers book maximum entertainment has some great thoughts about some of the more practical aspects of performing (though not specifically business)

The approach by Jamie D Grant is a good book, but any book on business or marketing in general can be applied to magic.
