Current to Lifetime Points

Hi , I have a question. My current elite point balance is 1100 and my Lifetime points is somewhere around 8900. If you do the math 8900 +1100 =10,000 (which would make me an elite member.) I was just wondering if I can transfer those current elite points to my Lifetime points so that I can become an elite member?A response would be very much appreciated.

Lifetime would include your current points, so you have 8900 lifetime points, you need 10,000 lifetime points.

It's like you have 8 apples and ate 7 of them, you never got 10 apples in the first place.
