I agree with Leadsl. If I had to choose i would probably still get bicycle bridge sized cards. Many poker sized cards have their bridge size counterparts.

Look up longitudinal palm. If you can do that and are comfortable doing it during performance than this is definatly for you. Otherwise I would check out some of his less sleighty stuff. Most of it looks very difficult.

With a bottom you can fake, riffle stacking seconds or centers. You can also fake face up centers bottoms and seconds with bottom dealing.

I would argue that the bottom deal is easier. Also if you plan on exposing anything a bottom deal using face up cards is more visually pleasing, than riffle stacking.

Eat it! Just kidding, put it on the bottom of the deck and do an classic change just hide the corner with your palm. This may be difficult if you have small hands though :/
