If you plan on changing the pic then do that first...then add other stuff around it. You don't want too much in one spot after all the words and numbers are on there then you put this pic smack dab in the middle and now you got chaos. You want a focus point that has complementing surroundings...

I would do something with rubber bands or a silk vanish. Stairway would hit hard or even blind mans hand cuffs. I have a silk appear and disappear routine that I have been working on. With lots of "card" guys out there these should leave some kind of impression.
