Yes. Think of it like this: Any place you could put an entire card simply by walking over to where ever you want to put it, you can send the scrap of card.

I don't think so, I'm gonna quite battling I think. I don't give half gum ball about impressing magicians, and that's the only thing that wins battles. They really don't care about what would be best for a spectator. Thanks for the offer though!
