I can't believe anyone else have commented on the extremely smooth edges on these! And I don't mean that in a positive way. They're waaay to slick for palming, at least in my hands. I was really disappointed when I got them, coz besides the slick edges they're pretty cool.

From your description I'd say they sound pretty awful. May I ask how much you paid for them?
