Sorry on further inspection the 2 of clubs is also the 3 clubs at the other end and 4 clubs is also 7clubs etc does, there are 8 cards like this with different values, does this gaff pack have a particular name?

Hi all, complete newbie here so please ignore my ignorance but on one of my joker cards in the rider back packs I was given instead of a joker pic it has all the cards listed and then in the middle 8 of the cards outlined. Any idea what this is or what this pack is called? Once again apologies...
