    Real, working, coin magic?

If I know I'll die anyhow why bother trying to survive? Quite simply because I like it.

    coins size?

The two common sizes used are 30mm diameter and 38mm which are respectively US Half dollars and silver dollars (I think Eisenhower dollars as well). Truth be told though there isn't one size that's best. If you want to be a little serious about coins I suggest you switch sizes regularly to be...

    Real, working, coin magic?

Sure I've looked into sleeving, I don't really do it because I'm not all that good at it but there are certainly some great peices with it and one day, hopefully I'll take the time to get good at it. I have a defect in my brain that makes me utterly obsessed with "Perfect" coin magic. The only...

    usb trick :))

Why is this in coin magic? Just wondering.

    2 fly :))

If I can ask something, do you consider this more magic for magicians and simply for the sake of an AWESOME coin routine? Or would you preform this as "magic" for people? (Obviously one doesn't make the other impossible I mean generally.)

    My Spellbound

That is very nice, I'd say beautiful. See this kind of thing looks like flourishes for coins, flashy and smooth and skillful, mas wonderbar. One note I have is the final vanish, it doesn't sit right with me, though I wouldn't be able to give you a better alternative.

    Real, working, coin magic?

I general I agree. There really isn't any reason not to use the best possible tools at your disposal. Issue is that for the moment, I don't have shells at my disposal. Also I just really like gaffless coin work, and since I don;t have gaffes any way I figured I'd try and find stuff that I both...

    coin trick from David Stone

I like dollars best as well and find them easier to work with myself but halves are so much more abundant and so I'm not as scared to loose them. I was working with old 20 francs till now and switching to halves is making everything so much harder. I can hardly muscle pass with these, but it's...

    Real, working, coin magic?

I am a log time magician that has fallen over and over in the bad habit of learning to much stuff and never mastering anything right. As a result I am limiting my self to 7 effect that I want to master at least to a certain level. The hardest part is choosing the effects. I am a big fan of...

The million dollar question (7 effects)

Thanks, I guess I'm still missing a lot of experience preforming, I'll work on that. And like you said a cruise ship does seem like a good place to gather preforming experience.

The million dollar question (7 effects)

Hey, Thank you very much, this is very helpful, I think your right about doing one trick over and over, once I see what I'm going to work on I'll make sure to keep things interesting as to not discourage myself. I'll look true the kind of magic I like and see if I can find things that cover...

The million dollar question (7 effects)

I've done magic for about 4-6 years now on and off. And I have fallen, most prominently in the "much more magic than you need" trap. Over 4ish years I feel like I've learned a tone, but can't do much. A while back I saw Toby, a member here, make a podcast about working on a cruise ship (here...

what is your favorite brand of cards? Why?

Haha, true. I've always been curious as if deck like JAQK, Massa, Wynns you know, decks that are never seen were suspitous to spectators. In my experiance they arn't but hey, I do very very very little card magic so my word isn't worth much.
