    You need more practice - hand positions are kind of forced and unnatural. Alright for one month but that doesn't really mean a thing. on the side note... Why are people still putting up videos like this, This is on the same level as a "watch my pass" video.

    Softening Coins?

    a rough grade to do the initial sanding, then moving to the extremely fine stuff to finish it off. I recommend the use of a file in addition to the sandpaper. you'd probably want to do some darkening to your coin as well.

    Magic club @ uni

    Actually we're a proper club that encourages new people to come and learn magic so we do mostly teaching and stuff but we also have sessions for the more experienced crowd. Sometimes we invite guest lecturers to teach as well.

    Well if you want some harder stuff, why not pick up Kaufman's Coin Magic book? It's a great resource with a lot of super awesome tricks. If you want DVDs then pick up David Roth's set - go for the Expert Coin Magic made easy set first. cheers
