Erm guys, it's impossible for anything to ever reach absolute zero. Don't you know your third law of thermodynamics... But hmm I have to agree with JohnnyZ above me. It doesn't come as much of a surprise that mud/water/ovens/fire aren't healthy for a deck of cards.

That gets into the pretty interesting discussion of when does it become acceptable to use 'camera tricks', or at least tricks like throwing cards, in magic vids. You could argue that throwing cards (or whatever) makes for better viewing, but obviously not better magic skill. But then... we all...
