I doubt they used a GoPro for that video. At 720p, the GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition can record up to 120 frames per second. The Mystery Box video looks like it's WAY more than 120 frames per second. They probably shot with a RED or a Phantom. The RED can shoot over 350 frames per second in 720p...

Without question, Foundations by Jason England is what you're looking for. He is (IMO) the most qualified and best teacher of this subject matter, period. None of it is EASY to learn, but Jason teaches everything in a way that makes it clear what to do and what NOT to do.
