earlier i ordered two 1 on 1s and have downloaded both of them. my problem is I can't view them. Are they zipped? if so, how do i unzip them so i can see the videos?

Most computers have a standard program that unzips files. As mentioned above, usually double-clicking on the file, or right-clicking and then "extracting" it, will do the trick. Alternatively, you can download a free program, such as WinRAR, which will unzip the 1-on-1's for you.
