theory11 could easily have printed mostly white decks instead of black decks. In other words they are worth nothing more than regular centurions.

... and DeBeer's could easily release some more of those diamonds they have in their vault. But pricing is based on both supply and demand. Supply of these is extremely limited - we printed only 1,100; and we have never reprinted them. That makes them one of the rarest production decks in circulation, and that makes them pretty hard to get!

That said, we do not artificially inflate prices, and therefore theory11 as an entity has ONLY sold them at face value: $4.95 a deck. We no longer sell them directly on the site (and haven't in a while), so naturally, the going rate on eBay is much much higher than that: around $140 a deck. But that price is a result of natural demand; not something we have affected or artificially influenced.

I think that's a BS ad.

1st of all, they Do Not sell for $250 on ebay.
There's a buy it now on ebay for $95 - free shipping, and no one bought it.

And 2nd, if he's saying they are worth that much, why would he be selling them so cheap? Wouldn't it make sense to sell them in singles on ebay? This goes with the saying, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."

Good luck to the sorry person who buys into this.
