So, I got Pyrotechnic Pasteboards by Gregory Wilson yesterday, and the 4F4 switch is one of the sleights that he teaches for a few of the tricks.
He doesn't go nearly as in depth as Chris does, it's more like a "Here's how you do it, now get out there and perform!"
