there is a nice 8-ball production, also andrew goldenhersh has a killer one..

David Penn has a nice one in his lecture notes and on his Toppit DVD. David Regal also has a nice one as well. Dean Dill has an effect out where it pops off of a card. There are tons of 8-ball productions out there.
