Account downloads

Hi everyone. I used to always be able to go on to my account and look at old downloads that I had purchased, and download them no problem. But now I can only look at about twenty downloads when I know I am missing tons. I was just wondering if there is a way to download videos that I can't see on my account? Should I just start saving all my downloads? I just do it to save space on my laptop. Then I can just go back and watch the download when ever lol. Thanks

i had the same problem too
so wt happened is i should hv 21 purchases
but i realised the purchase history can only go up to 20
which mean my first ever purchase which happen to be a downloadable video is missing from the list
so i sent a message to the support team
telling them i was missing a download
wt they did was they put the the missing download back on top of the list in my account
but the history is still just showing 20 purshases
so basically the whole list just got push down
now i m missing another downloadable video

Oh that sucks! Thankfully I've saved my downloads on one usb drive I labelled "T11" but, still I sucks that it can only hold 20 of them.
