Dang it shin... I was hoping to get that award =P

But seriously, we should be a little lighter on the new guys who haven't fully figured out how to use this forum. He has less than 20 posts and joined last month... I think we can welcome him with positive reinforcement instead of trying to gouge his eyes out because of a post that has been a common theme in this forum.
