Angle Zero + Torn Too?

Is it possible to do Angle Zero and then restore the card with Torn Too?

I've heard this brought up a few times.

I honesly don't see the point. Angle Zero is a very powerful effect and I don't see why you need to add that extra bit onto it. It's an anti-climax, really.
