1. We can pray to God.

2. God helps us with temptation.

You could do Stigmata by Wayne Houchin, but alter the patter if you think it suits. That's just my thought. I think that only you can decide what you should truly do, but I think Stigmata is a powerful, fitting effect with the right patter.
